Brief Answer:
You are most probably having thick post nasal drip .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
thick post nasal drip . It may be because of chronic sinusitis or GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) or both. Your tonsil may be septic (White bump ) .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
investigations like CT Scan Nose with Sinuses & Endoscopy of throat with upper esophagus .

Till then Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Antiseptic Betadin / chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Tab Paracetamol twice daily ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night &
Tab Rantac in morning .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.

How could my tonsil be septic (White bump ) .
When I don't have any tonsils .they were removed when I was small . But the bump is where they would be .
Everything I feel is located only on the left side
I have had a CT Scan they said it showed nothing with consurn ....
