Brief Answer:
There are not normal

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appears to me that you are experiencing perceptual disturbance in form of hallucinations and have though abnormality in form of delusions. As you might be knowing that both delusions and hallucinations are often present in psychosis so possibility of psychotic experience can not be ruled out.

I understand it is difficult situation for you but it will be appropriate to see a psychiatrist without delay. In my opinion with use of tight medications you will feel more secure and private.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
