Brief Answer:
This seems to be parkinson's disease. See a neurologist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully and it is suggestive of Parkinson's disease. I suggest that you see a neurologist for evaluation and management. Carbidopa is commonly used to treat persons with Parkinson's disease. Pramapexole is also used in others.

In all, probable Parkinson's disease. See a neurologist for comprehensive evaluation and management.

I wish you well and do keep me updated.
