Suggest Treatment For Persistent Lower Back Pain

Cervical spondylosis or cervical rib
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
Do you have any difficulty in doing overhead activities?
Any tingling or numbness of the arms or hands?
It is possible that you have cervical spondylosis or extra cervical rib which may be causing muscle spasm.
It is advisable to apply hot packs to the painful regions.
Avoid bending the neck forward or lifting weights. If Tylenol does not help, you can try a pain killer and muscle relaxant combination. Take Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals.
It would be helpful to get an Xray of the cervical spine to look for spondylosis or extra cervical rib.
