Hi. I have attached a updated picture. I just noticed this last evening. It's not really too itchy. I am not itching it. Maybe a little sensitive that's all. They seem like little raised areas. I take no medications.
I know when I was younger I would get periods of whole body intense itching when first starting exercising or going from cold to hot and I would get a similar rash on my chest but the itchy would be everywhere super intense for about 20 mins. Think it was maybe chronic urtica. I have not noticed a rash like this for years though. The only health issue I have been having lately is random body pins and needles and itchiness. (hands feet torso) this has been undiagnosed since they started (6 months). all my tests have been normal. (emg, blood tests, mri). I though maybe it could have been from shaving my chest a couple days ago. but I shave that area often.
I don't know it it's something different or related to my current health issue I mentioned above, or just irritation from shaving or what .
does it look like hives? Any ideas ?

Brief Answer:
Seems to be related to shaving most likely
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the newly uploaded picture.
It seems to be related to shaving most likely.
It doesn't look related to the current problem but keep it under observation.
Meanwhile you can apply cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet certain 10 mg once daily for 5-7 days.
