Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on HealthcareMagic,

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Still your sinus opening might be blocked and congestion might be there in the sinuses, because of which you are feeling symptoms like pressure in the head, headache and fatigue..The sinus discharge leads to drain back to the pharynx(posterior nasal drip) leading to cough.

You may find relief by taking the following medicines:
Oral Decongestant like Pseudoephedrine and Nasal Decongestant drops like Oxymetazoline (take Decongestant only if you are not suffering from Hypertension,Heart/kidney/liver disease and high pressure in the eyes-Glaucoma),
Mucolytic-like Ambroxol-It will help to break down the mucus secretions in the sinus,
Analgesic with Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen with Antacid like Rantac,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine.

Also do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid cold food and dust.

After following the above measures,if still your symptoms are not improving, then it would be advisable to consult an otolaryngologist(ENT specialist) Doctor.

Hope this answers your question.I would be happy to answer if you have any follow-up questions.Take care.
