Brief Answer:
Most probably you may be suffering from allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern; and it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the allergic rhinitis.
If I were your treating doctor then I would like to prescribe that
1. Tablet Azithromycin 500 mg once a day.
2. Tablet containing fexofenadine and montelukast once in the night.
3. Nasoclear Nasal wash once in a day.
4. Steroid nasal spray such as fluticasone furoate.

I would like to suggest that consult your ENT specialist for your prescription and to rule out the other disease.
