Brief Answer:
many causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
There can be many causes of abdominal pain. The most concerning would be an ulcer that is causing the pain and nausea. If you are taking nexium regularly then that is less likely since nexium is used to heal ulcers.
If the constipation is severe then it could be the cause of your symptoms. Trying something like Miralax to relieve the symptoms may be helpful.
Gallbladder and pancreas problems are also a consideration.
It would be good for you to see a doctor and have some testing done to figure out the cause.
In the mean time keep taking your nexium, try to get the constipation relieved, drink at least 6 glasses of water daily, avoid acidic or greasy foods and try to do some walking every day.
