Question: Hi,
I'm manually able to pull back the foreskin of the pennies. I feel no pain or issues. But when it gets erection, a ring appearance forms near the head and the skin in that part is not expanding in erection . It causes pain and discomfort during erection. I believe it is the tip of the foreskin. What is the best way to treat this?
