Suggest Treatment For Pigmentations On Face And Neck

Question: I'm having pigmentations patched on face & neck. visibly darker compared to any other locaton of body. tried with several dermatologists in last 6 years but no solution yet. i had tinea versicolor fungus couple of years back.. doctors whom i visited so far are suggested to apply sunscreen and prescribed skin lightening night cream..which i have been using for years..but not finding any result..recently i visited a dermatologist in XXXXXXX and she diagnosed as "Acanthosis nigricans" / "erythema dyschromium" and prescribed momate cream & antioxidant tablet and moisturizing lotus with sunscreen. I'm attaching the report for your reference. I even consulted a doctor in health case magic too. He diagnosed it as "Lichen planus pigmentosus" and suggested to use momate night cream & sunscreen. Since I tried all possibilities and nothing really working out, Also my major concern is, these pigmentation patches are slowly spreading down the neck too.. So I thought of approaching homeopathy.

I have gone through the details provided by you and on the basis of finding i am suggesting some medicine.
We do have some patience who were under the treatment and got some improvement after the treatment.

Actually, what this decease is called? why this has occurred and what is the root cause of this disease? are there any food or behavioral habits does impacts this pigmentation?

as you suggested to use the local ointment, may i know for which action you would suggest to use it? for skin lightening? or for controlling the pigmentation or sun protection?

Hello
This is a condition of thickening and darkening of skin.
There are many reason for the occurrence. Hormonal imbalance and certain drug reaction and insulin may be the cause of disease. It is mostly seen in diabetic and obese person. Some times family history may be the reason for exposure of disease.
Till now no exact evidence of role of food in the disease.
The ointment control the pigmentation of skin and it would keep the skin moist so that the thickening of skin is not happen. Apply moisturizer to affected part or avoid direct exposure to sun.

I have absoluty no idea about the cost of medicine. It may vary place to place. I would suggest you to start the medicine as prescribed as suggested.

also, do you advice to discontinue the antioxidant daily morning tablet which I'm using for last 20 days?

I have gone through the report. Findings are suggestive of Hypothyroidism.
I would suggest you to consult your doctor with reports and and start the medicine for hypothyroidism as suggested by your doctor. There are good medicine in homeopathy but it may take some time to normalize the thyroid level. To save the time start with allopathic medicine. It would help you to get quick action so that we could start the treatment of skin complain.
History of diabeties is noticed in Acanthosis nigaricans so this is important to maintain thyroid level in the body.
I would also suggest you to check your blood sugar level (Fasting and PP).

yesterday i bought below medicines and started taking them from today. However, 4th medicine i.e."Chlorelum Hydra 200 6 pills" was not available. please suggest is it required? can I continue with below medicines without 4th one? or any alternative that you suggest?
