Brief Answer:
Need more information
Detailed Answer:
Hi. I have reviewed the Images.
How many days since you developed these bumps? If it is very recent, I would have to consider a possibility of chicken pox.
Do you have them over face? arms? back? Scalp
Regards

Brief Answer:
Acneform eruption; Doxycycline and Topical antiacne antibacterial gel.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you for additional details. Unlikely to be chicken pox. Chicken pox usually has a short history of 1-3 days along with associated symptoms like fever, as well as lesions on scalp, face etc. The lesions in chicken pox are fluid filled bumps.
I would like to keep a different possibility, that of 'Acneform eruptions'. The distribution of lesions of over chest, back and arms also seems to suggest that it is most likely an acneform eruption.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest Oral Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Topically I suggest you to apply an antiacne antibacterial gel e.g Clindamycin+Benzoyl peroxide gel (Clindoxyl Gel), twice daily. These are prescription medications and I suggest that you use them under supervision of a dermatologist in your region.
