Suggest Treatment For Pimples Caused By Recurrent Allergic Reaction

Question: Hello Doctor,
As suggested by you I applied fluticasone cream for a week twice a day. The pimples were almost gone. But when I had intercourse it appeared back again. This time it does not hurt as it use to be but I can see my penis head being red and have small pimples. Please suggest any further action.
Thanks
