This could be a severe form of acne indicating hair follicle infection for which you need to consult a dermatologist for the below mentioned creams that can be helpful:
1. Topical antibiotic creams like erythromycin cream combined with benzoyl peroxide.
2. Retinoid creams containing tretinoin have shown many beneficial effects. This should be applied in the evenings on alternate days for 3 weeks and then can be applied daily .
3. Along with these creams even oral antibiotics like doxycycline (that you are already taking) can be taken to improve the results.
4. Wash your face daily with Dermadew acne soap three times a day.
Kindly consult your dermatologist regarding these medications as these are prescription drugs.
Also avoid very oily and fatty food. Drink lots of water and fresh fruits and vegetables.
