Suggest Treatment For Pityriasis Rosea
pt works in laundry a laundry boy
Harmless skin problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen the attached pictures .
The person seems to have developed pityriasis rosea .
Now this is basically a harmless and self limiting skin condition in which there is development of round to oval reddish scaly lesions over the trunk and proximal limbs.
These lesions are self limiting ,they tend to persist for four to six weeks and then heal by themselves .
Topical application of mild steroids like cortisone along with topical moisturisers can be done to relieve the itching ,if any .
In addition ,Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
Also since this is a non contagious problem,so there is really no reason to worry .
Hope it helps
