Brief Answer:
Some practical things that you can do until you see a physical therapist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Here are some practical advises to relieve the pain of plantar fascitis:
- Take 500-700mg of Acetaminophen every 4 hours (unless you have contraindications).
- If you have access to physical therapy locally it will be very helpful. They will recommend some specific stretching exercises will have proved to be very beneficial. You can watch some videos online too if you want.
- Using shoes that are comfortable with heel pads and foot orthoses which will support the foot arch.
- If these measures are not enough then there are other things you can use like 1- 3-month program of night splints or corticosteroid and other local injections.

To relieve your pain these days until you see a doctor, use Acetaminophen regularly as recommended above and use a local analgesic to massage the plants arch and do some stretching 2-3 times/day.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
