Suggest Treatment For Pork Bone Stuck In The Throat

If you can swallow-No
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcaremagic,
If you have difficulty swallowing either solid food or drinks then you may need to consider seeing your doctor.
If you can still swallow and there is no pooling of saliva ( indicating that it is going down), then you do not have to be seen at the moment unless worsening occurs. The bone would have caused trauma to the esophagus , usually minor.
This discomfort can persist for up to a week in some persons, rarely 2 weeks..
Soft foods, cool foods ( no hot foods / drinks) would be helpful.
An anti inflammatory pain may also reduce the inflammation in the esophagus and speed healing.
Eg of anti inflammatory pain medication include: cataflam, ibuprofen naproxen
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
