Brief Answer:
Use a moderately potent topical steroid cream
Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
Most likely you have suffered a skin burn due to higher energy used during the facial procedure which has led to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I suggest you to use a topical modetately potent steroid cream e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream (flutivate cream), twice daily, over the affected area.
Dont worry. It would be fine in about 2-3 weeks if not early.
Regards
