Question: hi I am suffer from permature percose, I have tried emla crean , priligy and some others but diddnt work, the emla did help but I dont like because I have to wait and I can't feel any thing, can you please help me? thanks

p.s I have take some fluoxetine too.do you know any cream or spray to last longer and keep hard with fast acting?

Sprays are not effective so best for you is that you take silfenafil tablet half an hour before the act and it will help you lot.
But before using it you should get yourself examined by a physician and at least an ECG and thyroid hormone levels because this drug causes increased heart rate which is not good if the patient is having any heart problem or hypertension.
Fluoxetine is also going to do the same job as escitalopram.
