Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Question: hi i am 35 years old .now we are planing for a baby after 6 years of marriage. before that i am doing intercourse with condom and its help me to insert the penis very smoothly to vagina. but now v r decided that we want baby so i am facing some problems:
1. not able to insert penis to vagina, early discharge, all the sperms come out from vagina.
2. not able to understand the position to insert the penis to vaina.
3 i feel fear that if i insert the penis then my penis will hurt and due to this not able to sex properly.
4.also want to know when we insert the penis then penis foreskin got roll back automatically or we have to to something. because my foreskin is hard or tight so am always in fear when i insert the penis whether foreskin rollback or not.
may be i have less idea about the same so need your help to understand how to enter penis and also whether this is a serious problem that i am not able to enter my penis properly and foreskin always not pull back or its is necessary to pullback the penis.please help as i am very worried about the same.
need to understand few points which u mentioned :
1.how to avoid early discharge ? yes ur rite that due to early discharge i am not able to enjoy the same.when i insert the penis within a few second flow come out.
2.is is good to take some aryuvedic medicine like stay on capsules and oil,whether they help me to enjoy the sex or increase the time for discharge.
3.not able to understand your 4th point that "but is it is narrow".
4.also want to know if i use condom and do small hole on the top of condom and then put penis in vagina then semen will go directly to vagina na? i am asking u this because , then my penis will go smoothly to vagina and i will not think how foreskin will rolled back etc etc.
5 and 1 think more while during a bath i rolled back foreskin little bit to wash ,not fully roll back the same because i always having a afraid that if it not come back then?
6 last year i was having a stone in kidney and surgery was done and that time urologist rollback the skin and teach me how to do the same but still i am afraid .
so please help me for same .

3-It means , if the skin on the front of penis is narrow and movement of skin back and forth is not smooth
4- Worrying all the time about something you don't have is fruitless so move the skin and clean while taking bath
5-It is a very innovative way but not needed. You should penetrate without condom as well for your satisfaction. Anyway, yes it will carry dead sperms in vagina because inside of condom is unfavorable to sperms.
6- Why are you afraid? If doctor can pull back your skin, you can also!!!!!

sir one more thing to ask..suppose we had sex y.d and and my wife went for sleep after that without cleaning off, now whole day she felt something sticky (sperm lookalike) coming of her vagina. Is this normal process or anything serious about her. although as per ovulation calender her date best fertility time is from 17 till 21.
Adding on my prior query please advice is this necessary while inserting penis in vagina the penis foreskin need to roll back for complete intercourse.
