Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. Abdominal pain in women with normal bowel movements and constant urge to go can be attributed to many things, It could be functional bowel discomfort like irritable bowel syndrome, or a gastric discomfort like dyspepsia or gastritis. it can be a side effect fo hormonal imbalances like menstrual cycle correlation of infections of genital tract disorders like PID etc.
Most likely it appears to be the gastric discomfort and needs slight diet and lifestyle modifications. Try small frequent meals, reduce fatty , spicy, processed, canned, dairy foods and use more fiber and fluids. Use yogurt and peppermint and take some antispasmodics available over the counter. See if it helps. if the issue persists, i would recommend visiting a doctor and let them have a lokk and run some labs if necessary.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
