I would recommend performing some tests:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that it is important performing a comprehensive differential diagnosis of the possible causes that may lead to this symptomatology:

- a musculo-skeletal issue. Is this feeling modulated by body movements or respiration? This would indicate a musculo skeletal issue, probably inflammation.

- a lung disorder. Do you have difficulty breathing?

- a liver disorder, probably just enlargement. You should know that the liver lies just below the lungs in the right and can lead to irradiating pain. The feeling of pressure may be related to a liver enlargement.

- anxiety should also be taken into consideration, because it can mimic these symptoms.

Your symptoms don't seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.

Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests :

-resting ECG
-chest X ray study
-abdominal ultrasound
-blood lab tests: complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes, PCR, sedimentation rate, blood lipid profile.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful.

Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
