Brief Answer:
Try to loose weight
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I am Dr Mittal
I will try to help you with your query
I have seen the pictures you uploaded
Personally I think that the condition is possibly due to your being overweight.
So I think you really need to think about loosing weight.
When you gain weight, so much so that the belly starts to overhang,
the clothes, often roll up in areas, causing undue pressure on the skin.
The only way to change this is via
1. taking softer clothes
2. loosing weight
On an unrelated note,
I would suggest checking sugars and thyroid also.
Better to get a usg abdomen too.
Best of luck

why has my skin pitted like that?
Brief Answer:
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Pitting edema is commonly known to be due to the excess fluid. However, it is often known to be due to the excess adipose tissue as well. This maybe confirmed if there is edema in the feet too. If the feet are also edematous, and pitting, the edema may be due to fluid. If not, due to fat may be considered.
A possibility of adrenal disorder may be considered as well. So a USG/MRI of the abdomen may be considered.
Best of luck
