Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to learn about your multiple symptoms.
As you have previously had extensive tests, I am sure doctors have previously looked at the results of the following too:
CBC
CMP
TSH
Free T4
Plasma free metanephrines
I would like to know if the above results came back all normal or not.
It would be important to know your blood glucose level at the time of your symptoms. If you have a glucose monitoring device it would help to get a reading.
The TSH and Free T4 will give us an idea if your thyroid is normal. Both an under and an over active thyroid can produce a variety of symptoms, many of which you have.
The 'plasma free metanephrines' blood test looks for a rare condition called Pheochromocytoma. it can also have a myriad symptoms, some of which you seem to have as well.
I hope you are able find out the cause of your medical conditions soon.
