Further details (1) duration about 6-7 months (2) not a great frequency at night maybe once a night sometimes I sleep all night and wake up having to go but no pressure or solid flow seems to just have mild stream.(3) no burning no pain. (4) yes High BP no diabetes. Does this affect erections and ejaculation?

(1) BP Meds olmsrtn-amldpn-hctz 40-5-25 mg and bisoprolol fumarate 10mg (2) complete evacuation, the only occasion of having to go again is during bowl movement I will urinate then bm and after standing and dressing I will have to urinate again. (3) Sometimes I wait, most of the time flow is so low or slow I can not tell I'm going.
