What Causes Bumps Like White Heads On Face Oozing Plasma?

I have bumps that look like white heads or cysts on my face that ooze clear liquid -- not sebum. I have had 4 biopsies all with different results: sebeceous hyperplasia, purlitic (sp? sorry) excema, and follicular spongiosis. No one knows why they ooze plasma? Or what is it?

Hi,

It may be folliculitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply antibiotic cream like Nadifloxacin cream and to take a long course of cap minocycline 100 mg daily for few weeks to months. Avoid soap bath. Use Dettol liquid for bath.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
