Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Related to weight gain
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed acanthosis nigricans.
This is basically a type of pigmentation of the skin seen in certain people .
It can also cause pigmentation in the skin folds like axilla ,neck and groin.
Since this problem is related to weight gain ,it tends to increase further as the person gains weight .
So it is important for you to make some lifestyle changes in the form of diet modification and incorporation of exercise in your routine to prevent its further progress .
As far as treatment is concerned ,you need to start application of a lightening agent like kojic acid over the affected areas twice daily .
In addition ,you should regularly use a medicated sunscreen everytime before going out in the sun .
Avoid using mustard oil since it might increase the pigmentation further .
Take a diet rich in citrus fruits and salads.
Your problem will take sometime to completely heal but I am sure it will get better .

Brief Answer:
Psoriasis scalp
Detailed Answer:
Hi mr XXXXXXX
I have reviewed all the pictures .
My view is that the face pigmentation is not related to psoriasis .
It is s completely different problem from sco psoriasis and needs to be managed the way I have described earlier .
As far as psoriasis of scalp is concerned, topical steroid lotions in combination with salicylic acid are useful in controlling the problem . I usually recommend application of clop s lotion or halovate s lotion at night to the affected areas of scalp at night to my patients .
Using a tar shampoo twice weekly also helps in controlling psoriasis lesions .
These are available as protar shampoo in the market .
While washing hair with this ,you need to leave it over the scalp for five to seven minutes for it to act and then wash it .
Use it twice weekly .
In mild to moderate cases of psoriasis of scalp , only topical therapy is given .
Oral drugs are usually reserved for the more severe and resistant cases .
So you can follow the treatment as advised.
I am sure it will help you .
