Suggest Treatment For Psychotic Disorder

Question: Hello Doctor. Good evening. I am XXXXX currently working in XXXXXXX and I have a brother residing with his family in Sivakasi. My dad got expired and my Mom Staying with my brother's family. My brother is having two kids.
My mom.got more mental depression about her sisters since she have a thought from the beginning of her marriage life as, her sisters are the reasons for the fights occurring within Dad and Mom or among family members.

She thought as,they are giving bad ideas to someone for creating the fight among family members. Even later my father expiry, she have the same thought in mind and murmering daily and laughing sometimes by thinking those things. I really don't want to hear any comments about my mom. Please assist me for making my Mom getting cured and being normal

Thanks for your reply doctor. There is no time based symptoms but she will be frequently murmering something which no one can't hear and she will shake her pointing finger while doing it by looking somewhere. She will become conscious once we noticed her and shout for not doing so.
Not sure about which instance she's murmering about her sisters but the family life of my mom and dad was full of fights later marriage and also my dad fought with my mom's relations at all.
I don't know why my mom is feeling that her sisters are reasons for those fights.
Please advice me if there a medicine that can control her mind without any side effects and also shouldn't give any illness since she is 60
