
Suggest Treatment For Pulled Muscle And Pain When On Clenbuterol

I took clenbuterol and it was meant to be a 2 week cycle but after reading about the serious damage it can cause to the heart i stopped taking them immediately. I took them for 4 days at the following doses:
Day 1: 40mcg
Day 2: 80mcg
Day 3: 120mcg
Day 4: 160mcg
Then i stopped.
It has been 10 days since i stopped and I am now having no lasting side effects, however i am feeling like a discomfort in my left pectorial area similar to like if I pulled a muscle.. It might be worth mentioning that the same time i started clenbuterol, i also did a chest workout (flat benchpress) without warmup and its possible i did pull a muscle..
But its been 10 days and sometimes i feel it is definitely getting better as the discomfort is less now than before - but do you think this could be my muscle tissues taking time to repair or possible damage related to clenbuterol abuse?
I know i will never take it again and anybody reading this, its seriously not worth the risk.
Most probably muscle spasm due to heavy weight potentiated by drug

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. First of all I would suggest you to relax. Stress/anxiety will only aggravate your problem. Yes, clen does has some potential side effects on heart but that too when taken for a longer time. You only took 4 doses so hopefully it will not cause that harm. Yes, muscle spam may occur as a result of its intake and as you are doing gym as well so there is quite a possibility that your muscles could have gone into spasm because of weight lifting as well as due to drug side effect. This problem is not to be taken very seriously. It will take some time to resolve completely. In some patients it takes 5-7 days while in some it may take more. If I were your treating doctor then I would have advised following things:
Take ibuprofen twice a day for 5 days
Apply burfen gel on the area of stiffness/pain twice a day
Do not lift heavy weight till you become fit again.
Take adequate rest.
Take hot water in a rubber bottle and place at the affected site. It will give soothing effect.
Hopefully you will see results in 2-3 days after starting treatment. If condition remains same or aggravates then do visit hospital.
