Brief Answer:
Torticollis;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM!
Of course a detailed clinical examination is needed, but from your description seems to be torticollis (spasm of sternocleidomastoid muscle).
Get a thyroid profile done.
Take an analgesic (paracetamol, ibuprofen), if the pain persists you should see a physician in person.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
