Suggest Treatment For Branchial Cleft Cyst In An Infant

Sir. I Got a son of age only six month 14 Days, who has been detected of Branchial Cyst .The report of X- Ray of Sinogram as follows: - There is a sinus tract in the right side of neck with collection of anterior of the right sternocleidomastoid muscle. Septation is noted within the collection. No Branching is noted. Suggested clinical correlation to rule out right sided branchial cyst with sinus. In this connection, I beg your kind suggestion/advise from your end for further treatment and permanent solution please.
