Question: I have a pustule on my forearm. It is not the first time. It is a single, painful when bumped, pustule. Any ideas what could case this? I had one on my legs a month or so ago. I have a clear picture of the one currently on my arm.

Brief Answer:
Folliculitis, apply topical antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is folliculitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment or mupirocin cream on the pustule twice daily for 7-10 days.
This will resolve the lesion.
