Suggest Treatment For Pyelonephritis
Question: Dear sir, madam,
My girlfriend has been diagnosed with pyelonefritis today. The symptoms came first after sexual intercourse sunday evening.
Monday morning she had as well a strange crème colored vaginal discharge.
My penis has since been losing skin. And at first was very red. It is not hurting. On the last toilet visit it hurt slightly when peeing.
I have added a picture as of today. I have not yet showered today. The smell is slightly similair as of smegma.

Brief Answer:
Uroinfection
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
You need to get done STD panel tests, but this sounds to me more like uroinfection and you should also do urine routine microscopy as well as culture sensitivity and start antibiotics accordingly (please note that Urine Dip stick is not a very sensitive test in this regard).
Penis skin changes are not worrying for me since this looks like irritation or condom allergy more. Just shower it and use neutral soaps.
Let me know if there's any further queries.
Wish you good health.
Regards
