Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
In pyridoxine dependent epilpesy usual dosing is about 50-100 mg . wide variation of dosage are reported but it is best to take as little as possible to control the seizures.
About 50 mg -100 mg will be adequate in your case.
Higher doses have risk of pyridoxine associated neuropathy.
