Acute Hair Fall. Taking Treatment For Abdominal TB. Side Effects Of Medicine?
hi doctor..self is undertaking treatment for abdominal tb since May2013...Currently taking 4D kit, immunace forte tablet, Benadon tablet on daily basis..have started with the problem of acute hairfall and loose a bunch of hair daily...is this because of the side effects of medicine..or is it leading to some other disease..have heard TB is common for patients with HIV??
It is fairly common to have the hair fall as a result of the chronic medical conditions, these chronic illnesses make the hair fall in the catabolic state with the resultant fall seen in cases of the chronic illnesses.
Majority of this is reversible and the patient usually the hair fall in a short period after the illness in question has been brought under the control.
Thanks.
