Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concernI would recommend to try resting in a quiet place, sitted or on a flat position for a while, drinking some fresh fluids (avoid cafeinated drinks) and measuring your blood pressure.

If your racing heart rate doesn't calm down and keeps persisting; especially in the case of low blood pressure, I recommend asking medical assistance to the nearest ER service for a resting ECG, additional blood tests and an intravenous hydration if necessary.

In case of any further uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
