Question: this picture is right above my anus and there isn't any discharge but it seems as though there is a cut. I'm not sure if I tore something or it may be an std.

Brief Answer:
cloben G ointment

Detailed Answer:
Hello, it seems like a rash related to use of pads in periods or a panty liner or just after a vigorous daily routine.
Just apply cloben G ointment daily twice a day for 5 days.
Change undergarments daily and use cotton based clothes.
Also avoid sexual activity or if you do then use a condom always till the rash is relieved.
In case there is itching or burning then apply neosporin powder daily after taking bath.
But if it increases in dimensions or there develops pain or discharge even after 2 days of treatment then visit a gynecologist or a dermatologist for examination.
Take care.
