Brief Answer:
Possibility of Herpes Zoster

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

I can see red patch with superimposed fluid filled vesicles. I would keep a possibility of herpes zoster.
Herpes Zoster is due to reactivation of varicella zoster virus (VZV) which resides in dorsal spinal ganglion and can travel along the nerves to give rise to skin lesions.
I would suggest an Oral antiviral e.g Tab. Vlacyclovir 1000mg, 3x daily for a week.
Topical you may use an antiseptic/ antibacterial e.g mupirocin or fusidic acid cream, 2x daily.

Regards
