Dear Concerned.,

Thanks for writing to us.

Only the probabalities can be discussed as the individuals in website are not physically examined by us.

Miliaria Rubra vera;-

Have you been to scorching sun light of late. The condition of reddish macules to papules could be due to simple prickly heat. They are called "miliaria rubra vera'.the only conflicting point is they are itchy in nature.

Echymoses ;

The non itchy small red spots if they develop in places of pressure ,they could be due to increased capillary fragility.Due to deficiency and undernutrition produced by Chronic Alcohol intake.The lesions are broader in size.

Herpetic Lesions;

The lesions initially though non itchy, develop burning sensation later and they are distributed along a particular nerve course.They are caused by Zoster virus. Contributory factors being undernutrition and immunodeficiency.

Spider Naevi:
They are enlarged and ruptured subcutaneous non itchy venules .They occur due to lack of capillary integrity in Alcoholic Cirrhosis.

Whatever be the cause of the lesion, please apply soothening creams such as cream of calamine and investigate as per your MDs instructions.

Coming to your Loss of appetite , the alcohol destroys the Parietal Cell lining the Stomach Mucosa thereby the intrinsic factor required for Vit B12 absorption and secretion of HCl in stomach are deranged.This leads to loss of appetite/Megaloblastic Anaemia/Vitamin and mineral deficiency .In turn all the above symptoms are produced.

In all probabality you may be suffering from early stages of Alcoholic Liver Disease. kindly investigate and get treated.

Kindly refrain from drinking.Pls investigate all parameters such as Routine blood counts/chemistry/urinalysis/LFT/USG abdomen/.Along with reports consult an internal medicine specialist.

wishing you a speedy recovery .

Best Regards.,
