Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Chest And Shoulders After Unprotected Intercourse

I had unprotected sex with a woman who is a doctor working for NHS on 27th November. Since last week 26th December I am getting rashes like the one attached in the pictures on my chest area and shoulders. I am getting worried. Also I had laser eye surgery done two years ago, suddenly when I went for eye test two days ago they said in the left eye I have -1 power and is regressed so I am bit paranoid and worried. Are these rashes HIV rashes?
The rashes are looking to be due to allergy or some other infection not HIV
Detailed Answer:
Dear Xxlondon,
Welcome to HCM.
You had unprotected sex with a woman than the possibility of transmission of HIV is there if the girl was positive so first of all you have to confirm the status of your partner whether she had HIV or not.
As far as the rashes on the shoulder and chest area are concerned they are looking like due to some allergy or other skin infection not related to HIV for which consult some dermatologist and take treatment as per the doctor advice.
The eye problem is also not related to HIV. Consult your operating eye surgeon to isolate the cause so don't get paranoid or worried because the risk of HIV is not definitive in your case.
The best way to confirm whether you have HIV or not is to get tested. As your friend I will also advice to stay away from such unsafe sexual practices to prevent the future risk of HIV and other STDs. Just relax yourself and go for the rest with best hope.
Thank You
