Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that , rheumatic fever at this age is little unlikely . ASO titre doesnt mean you are having rheumatic fever . I would like to see your blood tests . Also if you have pics of your rashes please send them . Plus you didnt mention which antibiotic you took , here you mention only steroids and antacids . How much fever do you used to get ?

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
I dont think you are having rheumatic fever , as you havent been prescribed any antibiotics which are a must in case of rheumatic fever . I would suggest you to seek one more opinion from some other doctor in person . These are not the medicines for rheumatic fever plus your fever was also not high grade so its highly unlikely .
