Brief Answer:
Detailed examination and investigations is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Frequent fever can be due to various causes like simple cold or cough, viral or bacterial infections to serious ones like cancer, autoimmune etc.

It also depends on your symptoms like cold, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, weight loss, side effects of some drugs, thyroid disorders, inflammation, malaria or dengue, tooth infections or urine infection.

Sometimes, you may have a "fever of unknown origin." In such cases, the cause could be an unusual or not obvious condition such as a chronic infection, a connective tissue disorder, cancer, or another problem.

Common treatments is to take Dolo or symptomatic treatment.

Having frequent fever and as you say you have had around 3 episodes of fever I would suggest you to not ignore and whenever you get fever next time, you should meet your physician for a thorough examination and treatment.

I hope this answered your query.
