Question: Hello I noticed bruises or rash on buttcheeks tonight. I did not have an injury. Only thing I can think of is I was sitting on park bench in bathing suite while eating and park bench was metal and had circle holes in it. I attached a photo below its on both sides right under buttcheeks

Brief Answer:
Nonspecific dermatitis, apply cortisone cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be some nonspecific dermatitis.
It could be due to the metallic material of the bench or due to friction from the metal.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-8 days.
This should resolve it.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
