Question: I have heavy growth of e coli and some rashes on the face.pls is it the bacteria causing it

where is this heavy growth of Escherichia coli? E coli is a common bacterium in the intestine and sometimes it contaminates the urine (particularly in women). It's not a common pathogen in skin infections. Streptococcus and Staphylococcus are the most common pathogens in the skin.

Please clarify what you've told about the heavy growth of E coli.

A urinary tract infection is not related to rash development. Its treatment may cause rashes though. Some antibiotics may cause various kinds of rashes (allergic or other). If you do take antibiotics then you'd better contact the treating doctor to assess your condition.
