Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Glans Penis
Question: Ive been having dull achy discomfort in my lower abdomen and testicles. Had a rash on the glans of my penis that mildly to antifungal and antiinflamatory. All STD testing has come back negative multiple times, include a urethral swab test. Still experiencing irritation to the glans even though im using the cream for the past two weeks. Any time I have an erection little speckled red dots appear on the glans which then becomes irritated afterwards. Ive seen a urologist who recommended using neosporin after using the antifungal cream. Symptoms get better and worse. Still having discomfort on the glans of the penis, lower abdomen, and testicles. Feeling very frustrated, seems like three doctors ive gone to have no clear answers.

The red spots are possibly due to yeast infection or irritation to soap etc given that you have tested negative for STDs
I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g Cap. Itraconazole 200mg (Cap. Itrasys 200mg) once daily for a week.
Topically you may use an antifungal cream e.g Candid B cream, twice daily for a week.
Wash the area with just plain lukewarm water. Avoid soap etc.
Regarding lower abdomen and testicular discomfort you may also take an opinion from a surgeon.
