Question: Hi, noticed this undernearh my penis skin and wanted to see if serious or irritation from the condom. Have no other symptoms

Based on the facts and photographs that you have uploaded the red rash on under surface of glans penis and coronal sulcus is due to allergic reaction to chemicals in condom being used as lubricants .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical steroid ointment like Betnovate ointment twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

It should get cured within a week .

STD is always transmitted through intra vaginal sex .

With new fact you have disclosed that you had unprotected oral sex it can be infection of glans penis (Ballanitis).

Oral cavity is habitat for many bacterial flora hence one is prone to get Ballanitis after having oral sex .However the treatment remains the same .
