Hello,

Sorry to hear about the accident. Since you are presently having symptoms of ear infection, headache & vertigo, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, get Audiology tests done to estimate the degree of hearing loss or development of tinnitus.

If infection is detected you will need oral or intravenous antibiotics. For vertigo, you can take a course of Vertin -32, for relieve. Do not do any heavy work, avoid driving & stay at rest. Get treated at the earliest.

Since you have a history of coconut tree leaf falling on your head & neck, and now you have severe headache, you are suggested to get clinically examined in the ER, get X-Ray, CT, MRI done to detect any internal injury that may be causing you headache.

Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Take multivitamin supplements & acetaminophen, one sos for relieve.

You are suggested to give priority to getting treated first. Conception & pregnancy is a big responsibility. Once you have been treated & feel better you can plan for a baby.

When pregnant, your treating doctor may only allow paracetamol, in limited doses for the safety of your baby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
