Brief Answer:
Stem cell treatment is not effective.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your son's symptoms and agree that receptive expressive language disorder with autistic features is a disorder of brain.

Therefore, an evaluation by a neurologist, including clinical examination, MRI brain and EEG may be helpful in thorough evaluation.

Regarding treatment, it is mainly speech and behavioural therapy and there is not much role of medicines.

Stem cell therapy is still in experimental stage and as of today, it is not recommended for routine clinical use.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
