Question: I also feel lower pelvic and colon pressure, no vaginal or rectal bleeding noticed at time.

Present symptoms may be because of sudden stoppage of the drug.However to confirm it in view of abdominal pain ,I suggest you to get an ultrasound scan. Scan can rule out any abnormalities of uterus and ovaries.
