Question: Hi my son has something on his back leg & i was told it would go away, its been over a year! Im concerned because it has popped, bled & come back again.

Most likely this is a benign lesion (kind of mole or hemangioma). However, as it bleeds, changes size and grows, should be removed and tested. It wont go away by its own.
That is why I suggest you to consult dermatologist. The lesion should be removed. It should be send to pathologist and checked under a microscope.
