Question: I have recurrent hip and lower back pain, feels like im walking sideways, osteopenia in right femur and osteoporosis in spine, t2,3 . Currently take fosavance, magnesium, cataflam, cream and pain meds, still comes back andstuck to bed, need a plan, advice?
